YANMAR EX28 Used Motor Boats for Sale in Japan

We’d like to introduce the EX 28, a long-time favorite in excellent condition. Although it has been about 27 years since it was launched, the hull and engine show no signs of their age. As you can see in the photos, while there are signs of aging on the hull, there are no major scratches on either the hull or the deck. The bottom of the boat was thoroughly cleaned and repainted on August 7, 2026. The boat is equipped with a GPS (with autopilot function), fish finder, awning, spanker, outriggers, an electric reel system, and solar panels. It is powered by a Yanmar 4JH3-DT 95-horsepower engine (3,222 operating hours). In terms of performance, the boat accelerates well, the engine runs smoothly, and there appear to be no issues. The exterior of the engine is also in excellent condition, with not a trace of rust. It starts on the first try with the starter, the coolant flow is sufficient, and it emits no white smoke—giving the impression that this engine still has plenty of life left. The 23 knots shown in the photo was measured during a spring tide, so the actual speed under normal conditions might be slightly lower. The deck is equipped with a dual-station system and a slow-speed control unit. The space beneath the dual-station mounting bracket is ready for the immediate installation of a marine toilet. The batteries were replaced with new ones about two months ago. The engine uses standard lead-acid batteries, while the accessory battery—unusually—is a lithium-ion battery (unlike lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries are said to recover to 100% capacity immediately even after being fully discharged).
